Hanukkah (or Chanukah), also known as the Festival of Lights, commemorates the rededication of the second temple in Jerusalem in 164 BCE. This year, Hanukkah runs from December 25 to January 2, with the eighth candle being lit the evening of January 1. Listen to KBACH each evening for music to mark the festival.
